The PCS-12 is Park Tool’s answer to a bench-mounted bike repair stand. This strong and sturdy bike stand features a 3.5” wide cam-type clamp with 360-degree rotation and a fully adjustable pressure, to avoid damaging bikes with thin walled tubes. It can be mounted to any flat surface, although the mounting bolts are not included.

Users are impressed by the heavy duty construction, how easy it is to operate, and how they have complete control over the clamping pressure. Criticisms include the lack of mounting bolts, the fact that the stand sits very close to the bench (without modification), and, in at least one case, that the clamp loosens over time.
