It comes with heavy-duty securing strap and a slip-resistant rung that comes with non-slip angled feet. The base of the Finether is quite unique since the stabilizer bar provides greater support for the entire 12.5-foot structure.

The slide latches are pretty easy to operate while helping secure the different steps in the extension ladder.
